Beschreibung
Young adults with little knowledge of the written language are categorised as functional illiterates and therefore face considerable problems when entering the job market. The manual contains action guidelines for teachers and company-internal training personnel at the threshold between school and professional life in order to recognise functional illiteracy in young adults. Materials for literacy learning and teaching will help improve individual competences. The development concept stems from the results of a model experiment and has been successfully tested.
