Open access has emerged in the subject area of vocational education and training research as an important topic with regard to the publication of and access to research and research and work results. This volume addresses the advantages and challenges associated with Open Access from different perspectives. The aim is, on the one hand, to provide comprehensive information about Open Access and, on the other hand, to make the multi-layered strands of discussion visible.
