POP. Culture and Criticism analyzes and comments on the most important trends of current pop culture in the fields of music, fashion, politics, economics, internet, television, literature, and art. POP provides feuilleton style articles and essays with critically pointed diagnoses of the times. POP offers scholarly essays devoted to key issues in overviews of contemporary pop culture. Issue 4 deals with, inter alia, the relationship between aesthetics and politics, cover versions, and the new consciousness industry.
