Beschreibung

The aim of present research work was to investigate a microparticles base hydrogel of Atenolol and Propranolol drugs. This study was designed to evaluated the effects of different formulations variables like drug: polymer ratio, drug: Poly Vinyl alcohol (PVA) ratio on various parameters like IQCS & Kurtosis Analysis which includes arithmetic mean diameter, surface length of mean diameter, volume surface mean diameter, weight moment mean diameter, surface number mean diameter, angle of repose, tap density, bulk density, swelling index, In vitro drug release studies, FTIR analysis, differential scanning calorimetry studies and scanning electron microscopy. The selective batch was evaluated for Factorial design by using 2^3 factorial designs on sigmaPlot software. The various statistical parameter like F2 value, higuchi equation, zero order release equation, krosmeyer - peppas equation, n value, hixon equation, first order release equation etc.
