A component of T-cells of PETR compared with POETRY has shown that significantly difference at the probability level of 5% except for CD8 count. The mean comparison of Females and Males components of T-cells count PET compared with POET has shown that significantly difference at the probability level of 5% except for the mean value of the male CD8 result. In total sample mean difference of T-cells (CD4=279, CD8=104, CD3=426 cells/mm3 and CD4/CD8 ratio=0.2).
